Podejrzani o oszustwa podatkowe zatrzymani przez ABW
12 stycznia 2021 roku funkcjonariusze Agencji Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego zatrzymali 6 osób – członków zorganizowanej grupy przestępczej. Przedstawione zostały im zarzuty popełnienia oszustw podatkowych i prania brudnych pieniędzy.
Grupa przestępcza, w skład której wchodziły zatrzymane osoby, od co najmniej 2012 roku funkcjonowała na terenie województwa wielkopolskiego. Jej liderem był obywatel Niemiec, pochodzenia tureckiego. Pozostałe zatrzymane osoby to obywatele Turcji i Polski.
Proceder polegał na czerpaniu korzyści majątkowych z popełnianych przestępstw skarbowych dokonywanych w wyniku pozaewidencyjnego obrotu mięsem. Poprzez kontrolowaną przez siebie sieć firm, towar był dostarczany na teren Unii Europejskiej, jak i poza jej granice. Zaniżano przy tym faktyczną jego ilość.
W trakcie czynności procesowych przeszukano miejsca zamieszkania wszystkich zatrzymanych, nieruchomości należące do lidera grupy przestępczej oraz miejsca prowadzenia działalności spółek uczestniczących w nielegalnym procederze. Zabezpieczono mienie o szacowanej wartości 14 mln zł, w tym pojazdy, gotówkę oraz dokonano blokad kont bankowych.
Działania ABW wsparli funkcjonariusze Wielkopolskiego Urzędu Celno-Skarbowego w Poznaniu na potrzeby prowadzonej kontroli skarbowej.
Lider grupy usłyszał zarzut kierowania grupą przestępczą, oszustw podatkowych i prania brudnych pieniędzy. Pozostałym zatrzymanym przedstawiono zarzuty udziału w zorganizowanej grupie przestępczej, oszustw podatkowych i prania brudnych pieniędzy. Za przestępstwa te podejrzanym grozi kara do 10 lat pozbawienia wolności.
Wobec lidera grupy, sąd zastosował tymczasowe aresztowanie. W przypadku pozostałych zatrzymanych zastosowano wolnościowe środki zapobiegawcze.
Śledztwo w tej sprawie prowadzi Wydział Zamiejscowy w Zielonej Górze Delegatury ABW w Poznaniu, pod nadzorem Wielkopolskiego Wydziału Zamiejscowego Departamentu do Spraw Przestępczości Zorganizowanej i Korupcji Prokuratury Krajowej w Poznaniu.
